This webinar will familiarize participants with the basics of food science and connect misunderstood terms in the world of food science to dietary therapies for the neuro patient. Join us for this webinar presented by Erin Fecske, APRN CPNP SNP CNRN, and food scientist Shoshanna Hoover to learn about research regarding diet and epilepsy as well as a general overview of food science terms.
