The Spine Surgery Clinical Practice Guideline, published in December 2024, lays a foundation for clinical practice to improve patient outcomes following spine surgery. The recommendations contained in this CPG are limited to the adult neuroscience spine population who have undergone spine surgery. It is intended to provide a synthesis of the current evidence and best practice guidance for the 14 PICO questions addressed.
